 ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has felicitated Information Minister Sherry Rehman on the award of “Democracy’s Hero” title given to her by the International Republican Institute (IRI) for her contributions to the cause of democracy in the country.
In a message of felicitations, the President said he was pleased that her services to the cause of democracy had been recognized by the IRI. The award was recognition of her services in the cause of democracy, human rights and rule of law, he said. |  |
