 LAHORE: The names of the players, in Pakistani squad for the series against Sri Lanka, would likely be announced on Monday as Chief Selector Abdul Qadir held meeting with national team Coach Intekhab Alam here on Friday evening, sources expected.
Chief Selector and Coach discussed the issues involving the selection of National team meanwhile, Abdul Qadir, Chief Selector, has also called for Shoaib Muhammad and Salim Jaffar, the members selection committee, in Lahore in this wake.
Shoaib Malik would likely to miss the selection committee meeting on account of his association with a team busy playing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. However, he would be contacted on telephone for his comments and advises necessary for team selection.
