Justice Javed terms 2011 year of missing persons’ recovery ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has sought reply from the government over the report of judicial commission on missing persons, Geo News reported Monday.

The three-member bench resumed the hearing into the case. During hearing, Justice Javed Iqbal observed that 2011 would be the year of missing persons’ recovering.

Additional Attorney General, KK Agha told the SC that the judicial commission has recovered 134 missing people so far, adding that the contents of report were classified.

Justice Javed observed that there should be tribunal for the hearing of missing persons’ case.

Seeking report from the government, the court adjourned the hearing till next Monday
