KARACHI: All Karachi Traders Union has convened an emergency meeting for January 12 (Wednesday) to chalk out a strategy against forcible extortion, Geo News reported Monday.
According to a statement issued by the Union, the meeting has been convened to form a strategy in the backdrop of what it said forcible extortion, threatening phone calls, incidents of traders’ killings and shop lifting.
Chairman All Karachi Traders Union will preside over the meeting which will also take stock of the role law enforcement agencies towards checking these criminal incidents. |
