 LAHORE: Chief operating officer PCB Saleem Altaf said that the national team for the One-day International series against Sri Lanka would be announced on January 13.
Talking with media at the Gaddafi Stadium here on Sunday, Saleem Altaf said that consultation between selectors is being continued for the selection of the team.
He said that organising committees have been formed for all three matches of the series.
Arrangements of the match in Karachi are being made under the supervision of director-general PCB Javed Miandad and director HR-PCB Wasim Bari and printing of tickets is also in the final stages.
Meanwhile, chairman PCB selection committee Abdul Qadir and members Saleem Jaffar and Shoaib Mohammad in an informal meeting considered the names of the players for the selection of the team.
The formal meeting of the selection committee will be held on Monday and coach Intikhab Alam will also attend the meeting. |  |
