Countrywide gas shortage persists LAHORE: Gas supply to most of the industry remained suspended for over a month, as the crisis relating to the shortage of gas continued unabated, while Lahore CNG stations are also facing 12 prolonged hours of load shedding.

Sui gas shortage crisis has intensified with the increasing winter chill in the country and for meeting the supply-demand gap of 500 million cubic feet, gas supply to thousands of industries have been suspended, while supply to Lahore and other cities/towns’ CNG stations have been suspended from 7.00 A.M. in the morning to 11.00 P. M in the night for maintaining regular supply to domestic customers, but still the domestic customers are complaining of low pressure pf gas.
