 WASHINGTON: Outgoing U.S. President George W. Bush plans to make a farewell address to the nation late Thursday, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said on Monday.
Bush, "continuing a ritual that dates back to George Washington," plans to deliver a "farewell address to the American people Thursday night, January 15th," Perino told reporters.
"He will reflect on his time in office and the ways our country has changed these past eight years." |  |
