 ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) directed to establish a special help desk at the Federal Interior Ministry to provide the information to the families of the missing persons, Geo News reported Wednesday.
A SC three-member bench headed by Justice Javed Iqbal heard the case of Mustafa Azam included among the missing persons.
The court voiced disapproval for the Inspector General Frontier Constabulary Major General Tariq Khan on not appearing before the court. Also, the court directed him to appear in next hearing on January 20.
Today, when Maj Ibrahim appeared before the court, he was directed to submit the statement on oath. |  |
