PPP may back Rashid over PML-N remarks: Kaira
Updated at: 2000 PST,  Wednesday, January 13, 2010
PPP may back Rashid over PML-N remarks: Kaira ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said Wednesday that the PPP’s workers could back Sheikh Rashid in NA-55 if Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Ahsan Iqbal continued to pass remarks against his party.

Speaking to newsmen outside the Parliament House here, he said that the provocative statements of PML-N leaders could cause anger among the PPP activists.

He said there was no lack of contact between judiciary and presidency.

Clarifying his statement, he said that Supreme Court and other important institutions should be spared from weak and irresponsible reporting.
