KARACHI: The law enforcement agencies have presented to investigation agencies on Saturday, a final report, regarding the arms and ammunitions recovered from the wrecked Baldia Town blast site – the sanctuary of terrorists, Geo news reported.
According to investigation agency officials, a huge quantity of illegal weaponry, which included dozens of hand grenades, detonators, 3 Kalashnikovs 29 bullet magazines, 3 suicide jackets and ball bearings, 3 mobile phones, several mobile phone SMIs and computers were recovered.
According to police, house no 807 located in sector 8 of Baldia Town locality in metropolis was rented by landlord Abdul Rehman to a Qari of a nearby mosque.
According to report, the explosion occurred due to blast of suicide jacket which claimed 6 lives while it is evident from literature seized from house that terrorists were hailing from banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi besides, police also claimed to have nabbed as many as six suspected persons from areas located close to the blast site and have shifted the same to unidentified location for investigation.
