PML-N, PPP will fail to seize LG system: Ch brothers
Updated at: 2031 PST,  Saturday, January 09, 2010
PML-N, PPP will fail to seize LG system: Ch brothers LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi have said that Pakistan Muslim League-N and Pakistan Peoples Party have embarked on a same agenda to seize the local bodies system.

Addressing the party’s organizational meeting in Lahore on Saturday, they said the attempts made by the two coalition partners to get hold of the local government system have failed.

According to the Chaudhry brothers, the provincial government has broken all its previous records of corruption and poor administration in Faisalabad.

Both PPP and PML-N have set out on similar goals, they remarked.

The Punjab government could have earned Rs15billioin if it had imposed fine on plaza owners instead of demolishing them.

Despite the fact the government failed to prove any allegation against nazims, it is still engaged in creating a negative propaganda against the LG system.
