Suicide blast at Mangura police station, 4 officials killed SWAT: A strong suicide blast occurred at police station in Mangura city in Swat leaving 4 police officials dead while 16 were reportedly injured. Besides blasts, firing was also heard here on early Thursday.

According to police sources alleged suicide bomber collided explosive laden vehicle with police station in Mangura city that claimed 4 police officials dead while 16 others were injured who were rushed to nearby Syed Sharif Hospital

It added that a rocket was also fired on police station after suicide blast. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani strongly deplored suicide attack on Mangura police station.

Suicide blast triggered panic in the area therefore more police troops have been called in to keep the law and order situation under control.
