LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Monday said a lot of sacrifices were made to restore judiciary and its true objectives will only be achieved when its verdicts are honoured.
He said this while talking to newsmen just before going to attend Punjab Assembly session.
“It is binding on all of us to respect the decisions of courts to ensure supremacy of law and justice,” Shahbaz Sharif asserted.
The people should come forward in big to give boost to the judiciary so that the country can be strengthened.
The Punjab CM told the reporters that he had distributed keys of houses among some of the flood-hit people in model villages constructed in place of devastated ones.
All basic facilities including primary schools, dispensaries and institutes of technical education are part of these villages. |
