Updated at: 1809 PST,  Friday, October 23, 2009
Misbah hits 248 against Lahore in QA Trophy LAHORE: Former vice-captain Misbah-ul-Haq after being dropped from the national squad played a brilliant innings of 248 runs for Sui Northern Gas against Lahore in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

Misbah said that with fitness and scoring runs he would dispel the impression that his increasing age is a bearer in the way of his career.

He said that he has already gone through jolts of axing from the team but he would make his comeback by showing better form.
