 ISLAMABAD : The cement exports remained 355,000 tonnes with 49 percent decrease during September 2009, Geo News reported Friday.
According to Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS), during the last month, the total cement exports were $38.7 million by registering a 16 percent slump; while, the total volume of the cement exports was 1.721 million tonnes from July to September of the current month, which is 23 percent less than that in the same period last year.
Cement exports, between July and September, were $125 million, which is 12.5 percent less than that in the same duration last year. |  |
