Meeting on load-shedding, power tariff begins ISLAMABAD: A high-level meeting chaired by Federal Minister for Water and Power, Raja Parvez Ashraf for reviewing the load-shedding and power tariff, is underway here on Friday.

According to Water and Power ministry sources, members of parliament (MPs), officials of Water and Power, Finance and Petroleum ministries, and NEPRA’s officials are attending the meeting.

The meeting will review the present situation surfaced after increase in duration of power outages. They will also discuss ways and means to reduce the load-shedding duration.

Besides, recent raise in power tariff will also under come under discussion.
