 Mirza directs security at exits, entrances, coastline of Sindh

 KARACHI: Interior minister of Sindh, Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza has ordered to intensify security at all the routes leading in and out of Sindh, including the coastal belt, in the wake of recent terrorist attacks in the country.

Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza has directed law enforcement and other agencies to take strict security measures at border areas of Sindh including Kashmore, Jacobabad, Hub, Deha Mai Golati, Shah Noorani, and in catchments areas, along with extra surveillance on coastal belt of the province.

Surveillance activities at all the important installations and all the vital government and private buildings will be carried out with vigilance. The use of bulletproof jackets and helmets would be ensured.

The interior minister said that special security measures have been taken for mosques, imambargahs and other religious places to ensure citizens’ safety.
