Air raids target militants’ positions in Bajaur KHAR: There are reports of deaths of militants, as military aircrafts bombed militant positions in Tehsil Mamond, Nawagai, Shankot, Bajaur Agency on Friday.

There are reports of several militants being killed as a result of the air strikes.

Meanwhile, a Lashkr of the Mamond tribe has gained control of an important mountainous area in Dabar.

The volunteers of the Lashkr have also arrested four militants along with weapons, while also taking control of the main headquarters in the area of Sewai. They have also set up a number of check posts, prohibiting insurgents’ entry to the area.
