Aamer, Asif, Butt want to play series against South Africa KARACHI: Pakistan fast bowlers Mohammad Aamer and Mohammad Asif and opening batsman Salman Butt want their spot-fixing cases be heard before October 28 while it is likely that the hearing will be held in Qatar.

Sources said that the three players, suspended due to spot-fixing allegations, expressed desire to play the series against South Africa which will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). That is why they desire that their cases be heard soon.

However, Mohammad Asif is banned to enter in the UAE but the ICC has not so far made any announcement regarding change in the hearing date.
