 Four die in Gjranwala road accident

 GUJRANWALA: At least four men died and 16 injured during a road accident on Friday overnight, Geo News reported.

According to police officials, the accident took place in Gujranwala on early Thursday, involving a passenger bus’s collision with a fuel tanker parked on roadside.

The accident resulted in killing of four passengers on the spot and another 16 were admitted to hospital for their injuries, officials told media.

Police said oil tanker driver was responsible for accident, who managed to flee straightaway.

Injured people are being treated at DHQ Hospital Gujranwala, where four of them are in critical condition, paramedics said.
