Man in women clothes arrested at Islamabad airport
Updated at: 1903 PST,  Thursday, October 09, 2008
ISLAMABAD: A man wearing a gown and women cloths tried to enter into the Islamabad International Airport earlier tonight when the Airport Police caught and held him for investigation.

A very strange way of entering the airport as a suspicious person with no explosives tried to enter into the airport. When asked by women police for body searched, Barsih Khan refused for a body search and tried to escape but when the gown was taken off… there was a man with beard inside.

The airport police held him in custody and made sure that he is not carrying any explosives or a remote of a timed device. The airport was then cordoned off and evacuated immediately.

The investigation team started looking for possible explosive. They checked all parts of the airport and also thoroughly checked the cars parked inside but were not able to find any explosives inside the airport.

After investigation, Barish Khan said that his wife was planning to run and he came in hidden clothes to find her as he had no intentions of any miscreant activity.

The police are still holding him in custody and will let go after a complete verification is made on Barish Khan’s case.
