Unjust system has added misery to labourers' plight: Baloch
Updated at: 0147 PST,  Wednesday, November 11, 2009
Unjust system has added misery to labourers LAHORE: Liaqat Baloch Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami said that capitalist and unjust system has added misery to labourers plight and that they (labourers) are even being deprived of the basic necessities of life.

He expressed these views Tuesday during a meeting with a delegation of National Labour Federation in Mansora.

Baloch said that blind privatisation has left millions of labourers unemployed and contractual system has proven the last straw to break the camel’s back.

‘Without putting an end to the contractual system no relief can be given to labourers.’

Jamaat-e-Islami will extend full support to labourers, he added.
