 KARACHI: President Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Qasim Zia Thursday said, final decision on the new coach for Pakistan hockey team would be announced on Friday as some names for the post are being pondered.
Talking to Geo News President PHF said that he had consulted former Olympians for the new coach to be appointed as late as Friday and after the opinion of other senior officials of PHF, the name of new coach would be unearthed on Friday.
He added, “The new coach and manager of Pakistan hockey would be authoritarian and two assistant coached are likely to be appointed to assist coach.”
He did not discuss whether the new coach would be national or foreign. |  |
