Sugar, cardio patients advised not take meat in huge quantity KARACHI: Doctors advised the citizens to be on guards against consuming too much of meat and spiced up food, Geo News reported Friday.

According to medical experts and nutritionists, the overdose of meat may cause harm, especially diabetic and cardio patients need to avoid overeating.
