KARACHI: Doctors advised the citizens to be on guards against consuming too much of meat and spiced up food, Geo News reported Friday.
According to medical experts and nutritionists, the overdose of meat may cause harm, especially diabetic and cardio patients need to avoid overeating.
According to experts, meat should not be stored in order to keep food poisoning at bay.
The above-normal spices may lead to gastro-related problems including acidity; hence, extraordinary use of spices should be avoided for a sheer taste. | | |
