190 Peshawar police officers killed in terrorist attacks PESHAWAR: IGP NWFP, Malik Naveed Saturday stated that foreign elements are involved in recent bombings while 190 police officers have embraced martyrdom in fighting against the terrorists.

“Scanner gates have been installed at the entery/exit routs of Peshawar besides deploying police personnel to keep eye on suspicious persons in the city, and police is only allowing the vehicles to enter Peshawar after thorough checking,” IGP Malik Naveed told the media on his commiseration visit to Kachheri Gate bombing injured at Lady Reading Hospital.

Malik Naveed has appealed the citizens to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
