ISLAMABAD: Pakistan prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani will host a reception here today in honour of the players who have won medals in the Asian Games 2010, held recently in Guangzhou.
High government officials and the officials of the Dutch embassy will also attend the ceremony at the Prime Minister House.
Besides the gold medal winning national hockey team, players winning medals in cricket, wushu, squash, snooker and kabaddi will be present at the reception.
Prizes for the medal winners are also expected to be announced on this occasion.
Along with the Netherlands high commission officials, political and social personalities have also been invited at the reception whereas the participation of the officials of the sports federations is also expected.
