Olympians pay rich tributes to Brig Atif LAHORE: A condolence reference in memory of Brig retired Manzoor Hussain Atif was held on Saturday here at the National Hockey Stadium and various Olympians paid rich tributes to him.

The speakers said that the death of Manzoor Hussain Atif is a tragedy not only for Pakistan but for the world of hockey.

Those spoke in the condolence reference included president Pakistan Hockey Federation Qasim Zia, secretary Asif Bajwa, Olympians Khwaja Aslam, Shahbaz Junior, Khwaja Junaid and Muneer Dar.

They said that the services of Brig Atif would always be written in golden letters.
