 SALTA: New Zealand hockey team defeated Pakistan by 4-2 in the final encounter of Champions Challenge field hockey tournament here on Monday, Geo news reported.
According to details, two teams were going equally balanced later in the second half by 2-2 goals but before five minutes of the end New Zealand attacked thrice on Pakistan goal post, managing successfully to score two more goals while 2 minutes were remaining to the end of the match.
Pakistan were rewarded six penalty corners, mostly which, went in vain as team could only score one goal on them meanwhile Kiwis scored goal on the only penalty corner they succeeded to achieve. |  |
