Updated at: 1933 PST,  Monday, December 14, 2009
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board’s national level-1 coaching course has begun here at the National Cricket Academy on Monday.

This is interesting to note that former captain Younis Khan is also attending this five-day course which is being participated by 25 persons.

This is for the first time that a player who did not take retirement from cricket is attending a coaching course.

Besides lectures, the participants will be trained in outdoor activities including batting, fielding, wicket keeping, physical training, net management and communication.

Course conductor Shahid Aslam said that this a challenge for a player like Younis Khan to take part in a coaching course.
