Four civilians killed in Kabul blast KABUL: Four civilians were killed in a blast that shook the centre of the Afghan capital on Tuesday, a National Security Directorate officer at the scene said.

The officer, Ahmad Bilal, said the blast was caused by a suicide car bomber who detonated his vehicle outside the Heetal Hotel, a small hotel often used by foreigners in the central Wazir Akbar Khan district.
