KARACHI: The trade activities in Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) remained halted for half an hour due to sudden eruption of technical flaws on Tuesday, Geo news reported.
According to sources, the trade activities commenced in positive zone on Tuesday and the benchmark 100-index crossed 9300 points level due to aggressive buying but the KSE’s automatic server system met technical disorders at quarter past 10am, thus stopping the trade activities in exchange.
However, the flaws got fixed after 30 minutes and the activities resumed but in the meantime, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has taken note on the incident. |  |
