27 militants killed in Kurram blitz PESHAWAR: Security forces claimed to have taken control over the Garh Dogarh area located in Kurram Agency on Wednesday, Geo news reported meanwhile, at least 27 miscreants were killed in fresh blitz.

According to sources, the security forces launched massive attack on the suspected area of insurgents and as a result, total 27 miscreants lost their lives while in the process, total 18 suspected men were also nabbed following fierce clashes.

Security forces also made journalists tour the areas following clearing off process including Badama, Tarali, Sultani, Jani Koat and Garam Pani where the suspected militants’ hideouts had been smashed during forces’ strikes and operations, sources said.

Operation In-charge Brigadier Muhammed Khursheed Khan told media the miscreants will soon be stamped out of the entire agency.
