President not to take over PM’s authorities: PCO ISLAMABAD: Sending the strong denial to the Indian media reports that President Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari is seeking to hand the authorities of Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, President Camp Office said in a statement that president Asif Ali Zardari does not want to take over the authorities of PM Yusuf Raza Gilani and termed Indian media reports “Ridiculous and Baseless”.

Earlier on Monday, an Indian T.V channel reported through the sources of its Islamabad-based reporter that President Asif Ali Zardari is looking for amendments in constitution to shift PM powers under his control.
