PESHAWAR: A petition has been filed in the Peshawar High Court challenging the Local Government Amendment Bill 2010.
The writ was filed by Local Government Council Association President Muhammad Ayub and Secretary General Isralullah Advocate.
The petitioner argued that appointment of unelected people as administrators was unlawful. |  |
