GEO Pakistan  Maulana Masood Azhar, Dawood Ibrahim not in Pakistan: Malik  Updated at: 2217 PST,  Wednesday, February 18, 2009  LAHORE: Interior Advisor Rehman Malik Wednesday said Maulana Masood Azhar and Dawood Ibrahim are not in Pakistan and that no request has been received from India for their arrest.
