 Effective steps cause economic improvement: Kaira

 LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Finance, Tanveer Ashraf Kaira has said that economic condition has been improved due to effective steps taken by the government.

He said that the country is out of economic crisis and there is no danger of any default.

The minister stated this while talking to a delegation of industrialists belonging to textile sector here on Saturday,says a handout. He said that President Asif Ali Zardari and his team of economists are working hard for the prosperity and progress of the country.

He appreciated the announcement by the Managing Director World Bank to continue aid to Pakistan and said that aid of World Bank would be spent only for social and economic uplift.

The minister said that Pakistan is the key route for approaching central and south Asian markets and local industrialists should focus on new regional markets.
