GEO Business  PEPCO collects Rs38 bln from PDCs  Updated at: 2113 PST,  Monday, February 09, 2009  LAHORE: Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) collected Rs38 billion in dues from Power Distribution Companies (PDC)s in December 2008. According to spokesman of PEPCO Bisharat Cheema, the total rate of collection was recorded at 121 percent. He said the collection rate is expected to be 125 percent in the month of January.
