Visitors to a banya take a steam bath in a sauna where temperatures soar to 230 degrees. After working up a sweat and with their skin still steaming, they then jump into a frigid plunge pool. After emerging from the icy water one visitor said the experience was invigorating and said he felt like a newborn man. Visitors to this ice banya can also enjoy a drink in a bar made of ice.
