Halbrooke phones PM ISLAMABAD: US President Barack Obama’s special representative for Pakistan and Afghanistan, Richard Halbrooke made a phone call to Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani.

According to sources, Halbrooke expressed concerned over country’s present situation.
