 Suicide car bomber kills 5 Afghans, one policeman

 CHAPARHAR: A suicide car bomb attack killed five civilians and a policeman in the eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar on Saturday, the provincial governor said.

"A suicide car bomber, targeting a police convoy, has killed five civilians and one policeman and wounded four more police," Nangarhar governor Gul Agha Sherzai told. No further details were immediately available.

In another incident, a soldier from the NATO-led force was killed in a "hostile incident" in the south of the country on Friday, the alliance said in a statement, the fifth foreign soldier to die in two days.
