 KSE-100 Index slips 19 points

KSE-100 Index slips 19 points KARACHI: Profit taking was witnessed at the local share market on Thursday where KSE-100 Index slipped 19 points to close at 10,127.

Today’s trade began upbeat and at one stage the Index was seen floating at the level of 10,224 points. Later, selling in energy sector switched the market into the negative mode, eroding 19 points from the major Index.

The trade volume was recorded at 150 million shares.

WorldCall was today’s star performer in terms of volume which lost paisas 5 to close at Rs4.72.

On the other hand, KSE-30 Index declined by 22 points to finish at 10,453.
