MEDELLIN: Children who mesmerized people from their lilting music cannot listen their own tunes here in Columbia.
All members of the White Hands orchestra group are not only children but their teachers are also deprived of hearing power.
This orchestra is very popular among the people in Columbia and this was introduced seven years ago as an educational project.
Songs for these children’s performance are written by a poet Beatriz Rincon, who is also a deaf person and their music teacher. | |
