I will flog big crooks when elected to power: Imran LAHORE: Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan Sunday said the people have watched the flogging of small time thieves on TV but ‘I myself would flog the big crooks when elected to power’.

He was addressing a public meeting in NA-123 constituency in Lahore as part of his party’s campaign for the by-election.

Imran Khan said Nawaz Sharif in the past used to play cricket with the help of umpire on his side. “Now he (Nawaz Sharif) is doing the politics with the umpire on his side,” he added.

The TI Chief said the purpose of his struggle is not merely to change faces but to transform the system. Whenever there has been fight of interests and ideology the latter has always won, he pointed out.
