 KSE draws more investment; Index gains 114 points

KSE draws more investment; Index gains 114 points KARACHI: The investors went ahead and took fresh positions Monday at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), contributing 114 more points to the benchmark KSE-100 Index which finished the day at 9,704.

The suicide car bomb blast in Lahore failed to shatter the confidence of the investors who took particular interest in the blue chips.

Market turnover was recorded at 170 million shares with Lotte Pakistan taking the lead at Rs11.11 showing an increase of Rs1.

On the other hand, KSE-30 Index advanced by 109 points to close at 10,090.
