 KARACHI: National athlete and Nasim Hameed is still waiting for the big bounties announced by the government and other institutions after winning the title of fastest athlete of South Asia.
Talking to Geo News here, Nasim said Prime Minister and Senate had announced a flat and a plot as a reward for her but so far she didn’t get anything. Some ministers, sports trust and Athlete Federation also announced a cash prize but no prize has been reached to her so far, she added.
Nasim said she wrote several letters to Prime Minister and Chief Minister but the only reply she got was the matter is in process.
