GEO Business  SBP cuts discount rate by 0ne percent  Updated at: 1552 PST,  Monday, April 20, 2009  KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has cut the discount rate by one percent bringing it down to 14 percent from 15 effective April 21.
