Taliban dream to reach Islamabad not to materialize: Fauzia
Updated at: 1848 PST,  Thursday, April 23, 2009
Taliban dream to reach Islamabad not to materialize: Fauzia ISLAMABAD: Secretary Information of Pakistan People’s Party, Fauzia Wahab Thursday said: “reaching Islamabad will only remain a dream for the Taliban.”

Talking to Geo News outside the Parliament House, she said all the political parties are united at one platform in the wake of Taliban activities. Except for Jamat-e-Islami and Tehreek-e-Insaf all the other parties share agreement on the issue, she added.

Fauzia Wahab said negative effects of peace deal in Swat has started becoming visible, revealing the actual face of the Taliban.

“It is not possible for the barbaric people with medieval mindset to seize Islamabad,” she ruled out, adding it is not a peace of cake to gain control over Islamabad.
