KARACHI: A petition was moved on Thursday in the Sindh High Court challenging the imposition of infrastructure tax by the city government in Karachi.
The petitioner, Pasban Karachi president Ashraf Hussain, said that the above tax is totally unfair as citizens have already been deprived of their basic facilities.
The applicant's lawyer Syed Abdul Waheed pleaded the court that the infrastructure tax be declared null and void.
The Sindh government, CDGK and city government’s EDO Finance have been made respondents in the application. | |
