 UN Envoy, Chinese Ambassador call on COAS

 ISLAMABAD: Special Envoy of UN Secretary General for Assistance to Pakistan Gean Maurice Ripert and Chinese Ambassador Luo Zhaohui called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani separately in Rawalpindi on Friday.

Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary General for Assistance to Pakistan remained with the COAS Kayani for some time and discussed the matters of mutual interest.

Earlier, Chinese Ambassador during the meeting with Kayani that continued for sometime, exchanged views relating to the matters of mutual interest.
