PESHAWAR: President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Qazi Muhammad Anwar Monday said the Parliament has authority to make amendments in the Constitutions but has no right to act outside the Constitution.
Talking to media persons at Peshawar High Court, he said the commission for appointment of judges should comprise only judges.
Qazi Muhammad Anwar said he would present his stand at the hearing of the writ petition in the Supreme Court.
To a question he said, the Parliament has no authority to act beyond its Constitutional powers. |  |
